My name is Nicole Sheldrake and I've been practicing yoga for about one decade.
I hated my first yoga class-I thought it was boring and silly. After a friend persuaded me to try again, I practice fairly regularly but then dropped it for a few years.
All I want to do is share yoga with other people and I sincerely hope that my teaching will bring as much joy, gratitude and fun as my yoga instructors have given me.
This blog will contain posts about my thoughts on yoga and life, as well as a series called Getting to the Mat, which are short inspirations/reasons for practicing, since we all need a little reminder sometimes!
