Hello toes!

My reasons for getting to the mat are twofold today.

First, I want to challenge myself physically as a reminder of how grateful I am to be in this body and experience its strength as well as its weakness.

The second reason, is to send my positive and loving energy to someone very dear to me who is quite sick.
